Mindfulness Walk

Event Details

Join us for a mindfulness walk that will take visitors to various scenic locations throughout the orchard, gardens, and grounds.  Enjoy Applewood’s beauty and tranquility during this guided mindfulness experience designed to support well-being and promote self-awareness.  Offered on the third Saturday of every month through a partnership with the Crim Fitness Foundation’s Mindful Flint initiative.
