Support to the Flint Institute of Music for the Music and Dance for Early Learners program, Youth Usher Corps Program, and satellite music, dance, and theatre programs at Sylvester Broome Empowerment Village. The support includes funding to pilot two new programs, the Teen Arts Guild, which provides introductory arts career training for teens, and Troubadours, which engages young children in interactive arts learning through live music and storytelling.
